MACAU DAILY TIMES 澳門每日時報Casino shuttle buses to use New Macau Bridge

The Macau Transport Bureau (DSAT) has directed casino shuttle buses to use the new Macau Bridge to relieve congestion on the Amizade Bridge. To ease traffic congestion, the DSAT has instructed shuttle buses used by the city’s concessionaires to transport passengers between the Macau peninsula and Cotai to use the recently opened Macau Bridge. The new policy is expected to divert pressure from the heavily trafficked Amizade Bridge. DSAT confirmed the change has already been implemented for most such trips. “To tie in with the opening of Macau Bridge, DSAT has coordinated the vehicles of gaming companies (the concessionaires) to take Macau Bridge as the route for their operation from the Border Gate and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge to Cotai, to ease the pressure of the traffic flow of the Amizade Bridge,” the bureau said in a statement to Inside Asia Gaming. According to DSAT, the average travel time for concessionaire vehicles has been reduced by 3-5 minutes after switching to the new Macau Bridge route. The bureau also noted the peak traffic volume on the Amizade Bridge has decreased by about 10% during evening rush hours since the opening of the new crossing. VC Related Source link

Dakota Dunes Casino announces expansion plans — CDC Gaming

The largest land-based casino in Saskatchewan will soon be larger. Story continues below Dakota Dunes Casino opened its doors in 2007, as part of Whitecap Dakota First Nation. Currently 80,000 square feet, it’s adding 12,000 more gaming floor. Plans are also in place to build new food and beverage spaces and a new high-limit table-game area. The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) last week unveiled the plans with a sod-turning ceremony. Representatives from Whitecap Dakota First Nation, Saskatoon Tribal Council, and SIGA attended the event. “This expansion of the Dakota Dunes Casino will be timely as we construct the Dakota Dunes Thermal Spa on the resort side of the property,” said Whitecap Dakota Nation Chief Darcy Bear at the expansion announcement held at Dakota Dunes Casino. “All of these enhancements will only further increase the number of visitors and position the property as the premier destination resort in the province.” SIGA, which launched in 1996, operates seven casinos in the province with slot machines, live and electronic table games, live entertainment, an array of lounges and restaurants, and the online gaming website PlayNow.com, the only legally operated online-gaming and sports-betting site in Saskatchewan. Dakota Dunes Casino is one of those properties. SIGA reinvests all net revenue back into the province: 50 percent to the First Nations Trust (distributed to the 74 First Nations in Saskatchewan), 25 percent to Community Development Corporations that reinvest money into local community initiatives, and 25 percent to the General Revenue Fund. “Expanding the casino is a good thing for First Nation employment,” said Saskatoon Tribal Council Tribal Chief Mark Arcand. “Dakota Dunes Casino is already a major First Nation employer with over 74 percent of its more than 300 employees being First Nation, and with the expansion comes growth, and the potential to create even more job opportunities.” Source link

Former Yokohama casino candidate Genting Singapore dissolves Japan subsidiaries – IAG

Genting Singapore, operator of Resorts World Sentosa, said Friday that it has placed seven wholly-owned subsidiaries incorporated in Japan under members’ voluntary dissolution and liquidation – some three years after its hopes of developing an integrated resort in Yokohama were quashed. In a filing, the company named the subsidiaries as Acorn Co., Ltd, BlueBell Co., Ltd, Genting Japan Co., Ltd, Genting Tokyo Co., Ltd, Resorts World Japan Co., Ltd, Resorts World Tokyo Co., Ltd and SunLake Co., Ltd. The dissolution and liquidation of the subsidiaries would not have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the group, it added. Genting Singapore had been considered a favorite to win an integrated resort license in Yokohama ahead of fellow contender Macau’s Melco Resorts & Entertainment due to its track record of running a successful IR in Singapore, a jurisdiction known to be admired by Japanese authorities for its strong regulatory environment. The company had also formed a strong consortium that included Japanese gaming firm Sega Sammy Holdings, security and disaster prevention specialists Sohgo Security Services Co Ltd plus three of Japan’s “big five” architecture, engineering and construction companies in Kajima Corporation, Takenaka Corporation and Obayashi Corporation. However, Yokohama’s IR bid process was officially terminated in September 2021 and the local IR office closed after anti-IR campaigner Takeharu Yamanaka won the mayoral election. Genting Singapore said at the time that it was “surprised and disappointed” by the city’s decision to cancel the Yokohama IR Bid, noting that it had “devoted considerable time and our best efforts to prepare and submit a compelling bid.” The company has since stated its interest in Thailand as a potential location for expansion should IR legislation currently being reviewed by the Thai cabinet become law. Results from Emerald Queen Casino: Impressive Victory at EQC Fight Night

TACOMA, Wash. – Nigerian heavyweight Kingsley Black Lion” Ibeh (14-2-1, 12 KOs) turned in the best performance of his pro career in the main event of last night’s “EQC Fight Night,” card presented by Toro Promotions, Inc., and Whitfield Haydon Boxing, in the EQC Event Center at the famed Emerald Queen Casino in Tacoma, Washington. In a Clash of the Titans, the 6’ 4”, 273-pound Ibeh only needed 49 seconds to stop 6’ 8”, 257-pound Jack “The Outlaw” May (10-1, 9 KOs) to capture the vacant World Boxing Council (WBC) Latino Silver Championship. The crowd of 2,000, which sold-out one week in advance, was electrified by the main event, in which there was no “feeling out” as Ibeh and May traded bombs from the opening bell. Suddenly, though, Ibeh landed a powerful left cross on May, who was up against the ropes, and “The Outlaw” went down hard, severely knocked at the 59-seconds mark of the opening round. Ibeh, fighting out of Phoenix, weighed 7-pounds less than for his last fight, 16 fewer than he weighed four fights ago as the former professional football player in Canada won his ninth fight in a row. “The Black Lion” is the cousin of the retired former heavyweight Ike Ibeabuchi. In the co-featured event, hometown favorite Marquice Weston (16-4-1, 9 KOs) registered a first-round stoppage of heavyweight John Shipman (5-8, 2 KOs) by way of a vicious body shot. It was Weston’s first victory in six years. Haitian-born lightweight Nesley Trezile (1-1) notched his first pro win in a mild upset with a four-round majority decision over local fighter Agustin Tovar (2-1, 0 KOs). Trezile fights out of Los Angeles. There was almost a major upset as Antonio Louis “Tswervo” Hernandez (7-19-4, 4 KOs) gave Juan “Just Business” Barajas (11-0-2, 7 KOs) everything he could handle in their six-round match. Hernandez landed clean shots on Barajas, who was coming off a 4-year layoff. Barajas closed the fight strongly, but it wasn’t enough as the judges scored the fight a majority draw. Illinois junior welterweight Quinn McKenna (1-0-1, 0 KOs) won his first fight as a pro, taking a four-round unanimous decision from Clayton Hibbert (2-3, 2 KOs). Both fighters were hurt in round three as they opened up offensively, leaving both seemingly out on their feet. McKenna, however, was the fresher fighter in the fourth and final round. He had Hibbert on the run to earn his initial victory. Russian lightweight Samvel Gandilyan (5-0-1, 3 KOs) kept his unbeaten pro record intact with a fourth-round knockout of a game Ezera Rabin. Caesars Hotel and Casino in New Orleans unveils $435 million transformation — CDC Gaming

Sunday, October 20, 2024 12:18 PM Image aggregated from Nola.com. Anthony McAuley, Nola.com Email, LinkedIn, and more A construction fence emblazoned with “Rome wasn’t built in a day” has been blocking the streets at the foot of Canal Street for almost four years. But on Tuesday, it will be cleared to reveal a $435 million transformation of the new Caesars Hotel and Casino, completed just months before thousands of big spenders are expected to flock to New Orleans for the 2025 Super Bowl. Story continues below The ambitious undertaking to modernize the old Harrah’s, which first opened on the site almost a quarter century ago, has been like changing the proverbial tires on a moving bus, said Caesars general manager Samir Mowad. Costs jumped by more than $100 million due to post-pandemic inflation, and inevitably, there were delays. But the project has finally reached the finish line and joins a host of others nearby that are elevating a key part of the city’s hospitality district. Source link

The 3 highest RTP games at FanDuel Casino: Play $1, get $100

Some of the best FanDuel Casino slots include 88 Fortunes, Blood Suckers, and White Rabbit Megaways. Other games with the highest return-to-player (RTP) averages include baccarat, blackjack, craps, and video poker. We’ll explore the top three games at FanDuel based on high RTP percentages. What is RTP? Whenever you play online casino games, you’ll usually encounter a random number generator (RNG). Software providers like Light & Wonder, IGT, and NetEnt program their games with RNGs to reflect a game’s overall RTP. Video slots and virtual table games include RNGs, just like slots at retail casinos. Games get tested by software companies and third-party agencies to see how often they pay out based on RNGs. The RTP reflects the RNG, which is 96% at 88 Fortunes. Theoretically, the game returns an average of $96 for every $100 wagered. High RTP games at FanDuel Each PA online casino offer plenty of high RTP games. However, one of the only ways to find out a game’s RTP comes from its in-game settings or information tab. From there, you can discern the game’s theoretical RTP average. Slots at online casinos generally offer RTPs of around 95% to 96% (much higher than slots at retail casinos). Virtual table games and live dealer titles provide the highest RTP averages, with around 99.50% for blackjack and 98.94% for baccarat. Welcome bonus at FanDuel: Play $1, get $100 in casino credits Before introducing the highest RTP games at FanDuel Casino, we want to share the generous welcome bonus for first-time players! Sign up using the web browser version of the FanDuel Casino (or through mobile apps). With your new account, make a minimum deposit of $5 to get $100 in casino credits from wagering $1. It’s that simple! Wagering requirements for $100 in casino credits After you deposit a minimum of $5 and play $1 at casino games, you’ll unlock $100 in casino credits. The credits are available at various casino games with a 1x playthrough amount. Complete your 1x wagering requirement within seven days to unlock your bonus and any attached winnings. One of our favorite casino sign up bonus is FanDuel’s Play $1, Get $100 in Casino Bonus credits. It’s a perfect way to get started at the highest RTP games! Blood Suckers (98% RTP) From NetEnt, Blood Suckers is one of the highest RTP games at any online casino. With an RTP of 98%, players face an extremely low house edge of 2%. Released in 2013, the five-reel, 25-playline slot with a vampire theme plays like a video game with a tinge of cartoonish horror. The low volatility of Blood Suckers is a perfect match to feel suspense on every spin. At Blood Suckers, there are two bonus rounds for free spins and vampire slaying. Trigger three of the stake and hammer bonus symbols to enter a coffin-filled dungeon. Pick a coffin to slay a vampire for a cash prize until choosing an empty coffin ends the round. Blood Suckers is a must-play when you receive your $100 in casino credits! Blackjack with Surrender (99.67% RTP) While Blood Suckers reigns as the scariest slot (paired with the highest RTP), FanDuel offers blackjack variants that provide an even lower house edge. From IGT, Blackjack with Surrender offers a house edge of 0.33%, one of the lowest of any online casino games! The high RTP of 99.67% comes from the ability to ‘Surrender’ your first two cards. Once you’ve grasped the ‘basic strategy’ at blackjack, you’ll know the few scenarios when you should Surrender: With a total of 15 – Surrender to a dealer upcard of 10With a total of 16 – Surrender to a dealer upcard of 9, 10, or Ace Other factors that contribute to the game’s high RTP include: Blackjack pays 3 to 2Dealer stands on all 17s Since the dealer stands on 17, that reduces the chances of drawing a card they might need to win or tie (push). Also, the IGT version uses six decks, shuffled after each hand, which benefits players. We highly recommend Blackjack with Surrender for using your $100 in casino credits from wagering $1. Game King Video Poker 9-in-1 Also from IGT, Game King Video Poker is widely available at the top online casinos in Pennsylvania. It has nine variants, including Jacks or Better, Bonus Poker, Deuces Wild, and Joker Poker. Like other casino games, choose your bet to start the round. Then click ‘Deal’ to receive your five cards. You can Hold/Unhold any card, then tap ‘Draw’ to finalize your five-card hand. Bonus Poker Deluxe offers the highest RTP game for Game King, with an RTP of 97.40%. While there may be other high RTP games at FanDuel, we recommend Game King Video Poker as one of the most accessible options for first-time players. FanDuel’s welcome bonus is easy to clear One of the things we like best about FanDuel Casino is the straightforward welcome offer. New players get $100 in casino credits from playing $1. While there are numerous high RTP slots and table games, Blood Suckers, Blackjack with Surrender, and Game King Video Poker are our top recommendations. Sign up at FanDuel today, make a minimum deposit of $5, and wager $1 to get started! Source link

Top Pick6 Picks for NASCAR Cup Series Hollywood Casino 400

Pearce Dietrich helps you build your DraftKings Pick6 Pick Sets for the NASCAR Cup Series Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas. NASCAR is back and DraftKings is offering a new way to play fantasy NASCAR. The game is simple. Build a “Pick Set” (2+ drivers) and decide if they will outperform their stat projections. Here is some advice to help build your DraftKings Pick6 Pick Sets for the NASCAR Cup Series Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway. Kyle Busch: Finishing Position – 9.5 Pick6 Play: Worse Someone explain this one. Kyle Busch is not a top-10 driver this season. He’s not the driver he once was. His RCR Chevy is nowhere close to the JGR Toyota he drove for most of his career. Busch hasn’t earned a top-10 finish since Atlanta and that’s a superspeedway. He’s finished inside the top 10 five times in the last 20 races. Making matters worse, he is starting 20th. He’s starting 20th because his car doesn’t have speed, just like it hasn’t had speed all season. His fastest lap in practice ranked 23rd and he wasn’t much better on longer runs — 19th (5-lap run), 12th of 25 (10-lap run) and 11th of 12 (20-lap run). It’s his home race but speed means more than stories. Christopher Bell: Laps Led – 46.5 Pick6 Play: Less This is a little risky with the JGR star starting on the pole. He led 61 laps from the pole at Las Vegas last fall before Kyle Larson took over the race from the second position. That’s the question on Sunday. How long until another takes over? Bell won the pole but his car lacks long-run speed. Practice isn’t the race. Bell could be fine but this is not about the entire race. It’s about the beginning of the race. Will Bell lose the lead before adjustments are made? Tyler Reddick is starting second and his ride is ready. His practice speeds were at the top of the board in every metric, from single-lap to 10-lap runs. Kyle Larson and Denny Hamlin are starting in row three and are faster than Reddick. Slightly farther back are Ross Chastain — winner of the most recent intermediate track race and a comparable track in Kansas — and 2024 top-5 driver Ty Gibbs. For NASCAR insight and quick DFS help, follow Pearce Dietrich (@Race4thePrize) on Twitter. Pick6 is a peer-to-peer fantasy variant where you build a lineup (your “Pick Set”) of at least two players and select whether or not you believe each will outperform their listed stat projection. Enter your Pick Set in Pick6 contests to compete against other users. Get enough picks correct and win a share of cash prizes. Create a Pick Set Create a Pick Set by choosing between at least two players from the same sport and Pick Group (a set of picks available from a group of set competitions). For each player, simply select if you think they’ll have more or less than their listed stat projection. In each Pick Set, you can not pick the same player twice and you must pick players from at least two different teams. Enter an Amount Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation. Sweat Your Picks When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users. Compete for Prizes Make enough correct picks and win a share of the contests’ guaranteed prizes. Any prizes won will be credited to your DraftKings account after contests are finalized. Unlock Exclusive Perks and Rewards by Joining an Online Casino VIP Club

Many top-tier online casinos have VIP clubs that provide members with exclusive perks, bonuses and privileges. Becoming a VIP comes with notable advantages—but qualifying for and getting the most out of VIP status requires strategy. This guide will walk you through the process of unlocking the full potential of an online casino’s VIP program. What is a Casino VIP Program? A casino VIP program, such you can find at Lucky One Casino, is an elite membership tier that gives players access to special rewards, bigger bonuses, personalized gifts, invitations to exclusive events and other luxurious benefits not available to standard users. VIP clubs tend to have multiple levels—the higher your status, the more prestigious the rewards. Reaching the upper echelon means enjoying the full, elevated VIP treatment. Common VIP Perks and Features While each online casino structures its VIP program differently, most share several standard elite member benefits: Expedited cashouts—VIPs can expect quicker processing and delivery of winnings. Bigger bonuses—VIPs unlock bonuses with higher match rates and maximum values. Birthday presents—VIP hosts send customized birthday gifts to top-level players. Personal casino host—A dedicated rep handles a VIP’s requests and needs. Exclusive promotions—Lucrative offers and prizes only for VIP members. Invitations to live events—Elite status means access to parties, tournaments and more. Loyalty rewards—VIPs earn points faster towards high-end loyalty freebies. VIP programs reward casinos’ top customers with money-can’t-buy experiences. But reaching the upper tiers requires strategic play. Typical VIP Qualification Criteria Online casinos don’t publish exact criteria for reaching VIP levels. However, these factors often determine program eligibility and tier advancement: Deposit frequency—Regular deposits help show loyalty to the casino. Deposit volume—VIPs tend to transact higher lifetime totals. Game selection—Playing diverse game types signals an engaged player. Bet size—Higher average wagers per session mean more revenue. Loss vs. win ratio—Losing more than winning long-term is valued. Account longevity—Length of time actively playing weighs positively. Notably, losing money while playing frequently and broadly is widely believed to boost VIP qualification chances. How to Join an Online Casino VIP Program Follow these tips for flawlessly executing the VIP application and onboarding processes: Create an account Signing up only takes minutes at most online casinos. Ensure all registration details provided are accurate. Real name, address, contact information and government ID uploads aid the VIP initiation process later. Claim the welcome bonus Virtually all new casino players qualify for a signup promotion. These bonus funds present an optimal time to sample various games while becoming acquainted with the platform. Be sure to adhere to bonus terms when playing. Deposit often Once the welcome bonus is exhausted, begin regularly funding your account with new deposits every week or two. Higher lifetime deposit totals and transaction frequencies strengthen VIP eligibility. Play diverse games Try playing different game varieties instead of sticking to just one or two. Playing slots, blackjack, roulette and other game types shows engagement across the casino’s offerings. Wager bigger Gradually increase your average bet size per spin, hand or round. Making larger wagers signals a bold, valuable player to the casino. Just be responsible by betting within reasonable limits. Contact VIP support Once you feel established within the above criteria ranges, get in touch with the casino’s VIP or high roller support team. Inquire about application requirements or if your play metrics qualify for elite status. Provide needed documents To complete the VIP sign-up process, be prepared to supply any other details or verification materials requested, such as updated government ID, proof of address, bank statements and similar documents. Maximizing Benefits of VIP Status Once accepted into the VIP program, you’ll need to continually meet expectations to retain elite privileges. Follow these tips for getting the most from VIP membership: Maintain frequent play activity across various games Keep wagering at consistently higher bet sizes Don’t drastically alter your average loss vs. win ratio Take advantage of special VIP promotions and bonuses Communicate needs/requests clearly to your dedicated host Attend VIP events when possible to network and have experiences If benefits start slipping, proactively address this with your host While VIP perks may ebb and flow a bit, clearly conveying needs and expectations to your host helps maximize the advantages of premium status. Joining the upper crust of an online casino community takes some strategic effort—but successfully unlocking VIP rewards makes it all worthwhile. Just be sure to gamble responsibly within your means and have fun pursuing elite player perks. Source link
